    Hello,

I was wondering what you all are using to teach the Reading Foundational Skills CCSS. My school does not use anything currently and the teachers are just looking online for ideas and different ways to teach these phonics standards. We would like to use a phonics program aligned to these standards. What do you all use in your classroom?

Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer. :)

My district created their own phonics program to meet the standards. It's awful. I would be interested to hear what others recommend.

we are still using our old reading series and teaching the weekly spelling words, supplementing where necessary. As far as I am concerned, the standards for decoding words at second grade are still very similar as our old standards.

We switched to a comprehension only program called Making Meaning and had to turn in our old reading series materials. It would be helpful if we could still use our old series.
