Does anyone have any websites with links to passages with questions at the end of them at the third grade level?

On my own class website, I provided the parents with a large list of strategies to use at home, but many of them are asking for something concrete. I did provide them with a link to graphic organizers, but this is not what they desire. Many would like passages with questions at the end. I have professional books from which I could photocopy, but I'm wondering if there is a website that has free printables. Any one know of any? Thanks in advance

Just do a websearch for comprehension worksheets and you will find several that are even leveled for you. Hope this helps. If you parents are that motivated, I would give them the websites and they can print off their own stories and questions.

Frankly the parents would get a lot more mileage out of asking the kids "What if..." and "Why do you think so?" questions about things they read and do at home.
