My school is looking into buying a reading assessment kit for the classroom. I have been looking at the Rigby PM Benchmark Kit. Has anyone used it? Do you know anything about it? Do you have any good websites where it lists information about the assessment?

Are there any other good reading assessment programs for the classroom out there?:dizzy:

We started using Fountas and Pinell benchmark kits and I really like them.

I use the PM Benchmark Kit, and really like it. Mainly I use it to do running records to determine when my students can move up to a new reading level. I use the PM series of books for my Home Reading program, and the Benchmark kit complements that.
