how do i reheat these so they aren't dry? i made them last night
When I reheat meat I put it in a covered pan with a little broth (chicken or vegetable).
Ditto what TeacherNY said- a little apple juice might be nice...
(It's that old 'pork chops and apple sauce' thing!)
...or slice them and stir fry them.
Or heat them in the oven on the top rack with a pan of water on the bottom rack.
I usually just slightly warm them in the microwave and eat them with apple sauce or chutney. I don't re-serve them as leftovers to anyone but myself.
