Preference. Now, I think I use quite a bit of technology, but not as much as many other teachers I know. I suppose I just don't see a need for it.
My Smartboard projector died. Well, I guess that would be equipment then. I'm lost without it. Learning to get along with tablets but I miss my board.
I would go paperless if I knew that we had enough devices. We don't though. And kids don't always have access at home, so equipment for me.
Our internet quits if a bird flies overhead. I download songs and videos I'll need so that doesn't affect my teaching but it's a time suck if we are scheduled to be in a lab on an online program and it doesn't work.
