What do you feel you need to work on as a teacher?

    Time management!

I need to be realistic about how long it takes to get the kids ready to go outside. I don't want to rush the kids or have the stress. It's my New Year's resolution.

This year I am focusing my energy on becoming more patient with the children. Before I had my daughter two years ago I had all the patience in the world, but now each day it is becoming less and less.

I'd like to develop a better curriculum. With such a large class, thirty 4 and 5 year olds, and so many teachers (5 total) its hard for it all to be cohesive.

my new years resolution is to follow through on more things. I plan and then my time and other teachers wont allow me to do things. But my new year goal is to follow through :D
