All day today, and one day last week, Google Classroom won't let me include any attachments. Even forms and documents that loaded fine a day ago now won't attach. The "post" button just stays gray and I can't attach anything. My school is low on paper and we've been encouraged to use digital as much as possible. I've made a test on a Google Form for my students to take on Thursday. Now I'm wondering if I'll even be able to post it. I put my question into the Google Help forum and am hoping to hear back. At least three other teachers at my school are having the same problem. It's also not working from my home computer. Anyone else having this issue? If it's not working by end of day tomorrow I'm going to have to change my test to paper, which will not only waste my time but waste paper. So frustrating!
I find that I cannot post an attachment if I don’t write anything in the subject/comment line. If you just want to post a document, you have to explain it/name it before it will let you click post. Maybe that’s the issue?
Nope, it has a name. Even documents that loaded fine a couple of days ago won't attach if I try it again. Thanks for the suggestion though.
Ah ha! Now I know what you mean - the post needs a title and then something can be attached. When I do that it works. Thanks!
