I don't think I've ever been on or seen a clockwise carousel.
If the outside of the carousel is to the rider's right rather than to the rider's left, then the carousel is going counterclockwise. (That's counterclockwise as seen from above.) And when a viewer on the ground sees riders' faces approaching on the left of the carousel but riders' backs receding on the right, that also is counterclockwise.
I think roller coasters also broadly tend to run counterclockwise.
Me neither. I picture one going by and it is definitely counter-clockwise.
This test is pretty biased against non-card playing, nonsmoking, colorblind technophobes, though.....
I've got XP and it won't load for me.
Me too and I have a Mac. I think that means we got 100!
High five, Jaime!
oh that was fun...I got a 15.
hmmm...I got the buttons on a women's top wrong!!! I even looked down to see them!!!!!!!!
I'm such a dork, I got 22 right
Christy, my family had a TV with a dial too when I was growing up! I'm not old, so you can't be either! :haha:
I remember having to stand by the TV so I could change the channel while my dad tried to decide what to watch!
Yay! TV turners of the world unite. Even worse than that was being the one that had to go out and turn the antenna! You would be in the yard with people in the house yelling at your to turn it, then stop, wait, go back...
The merry-go-round at our local fair goes clock-wise. A movie I watched last night had a counter-clock-wise. I think they can go both ways.
OK, U don't think anyone is going to want me to teach their children now... I only scored an 11.....
20, but I didn't like the test. I have never bought nor eaten Campbell's soup, I don't listen to a radio (though I got that one right) -- same for TV. I don't have a car, either -- missed the lug nuts one. And so on.
