    Hello all!

I'm new to A to Z, but I have been using this forum to help with my job search. I have recently returned from traveling abroad for several years, so I'm a bit out of the loop. I don't have any teaching experience other than student teaching. I have sent in applications and resumes to several school districts, so I need some advice. Besides practicing interviewing questions, what should I do to prepare for a possible interview? Please help.

    Welcome!

I would spend some time research the districts/schools that you applied to. Look and see what curriculum they use and find out as much about it as you can.

Read up on RtI and be ready to discuss this as well.

Look for job fairs that you can attend and make sure that your cover letter and resume are well written and will catch attention.

This may sound stupid, but what is RtI? Sorry!
