Yesterday my small town was shaken by the news that two young boys were found shot inside their grandparents home. Since that newscast, it has now been determined to be a murder-suicide. There are still no definite answers, but it appears that the 12 year old shot his 9 year old half-brother, then himself. I cannot begin to understand this, and yet I must try to put it into words for my own son, who was in the same class as the 9 year old in 3rd grade. This is beyond my realm of comprehension. I am absolutely heart-broken, and I didn't even know these boys. I don't understand, I can't imagine what their family is feeling.
