I am attempting to become licensed in Mississippi to teach English. I am needing to take the Praxis Core and Praxis II to get into an alternate route program. Does anyone know how much I need to prepare for the test? I'm taking the Praxis Core on May 14.
How are you generally as a test taker, how did you do (and how did you feel) about SAT, and what's your background in English literature, composition, and linguistics?
I have never taken the SAT. I took the ACT as a HS senior I made a 19. I minored in English in College. That was 11 years ago.
I bought a practice book and I did some practice tests for both the Praxis I and II. The practice book really helped for the Praxis II.
