Do you know where some GOOD (not plain, not boring) ones are? I am getting a list of Power Points together for our staff because we are required for do one a quarter (four a year), and I do not want anyone to feel intimidated by this new requirement. I love PowerPoints, but I know not everyone feels comfortable...

So if you can help me out, thank you.

    Hi Ms. Jasztal,
I may be telling you something you already know, but did you realize that you can do a Google search for Ppt presentations?
    http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en
When you get to Google Advanced, choose PowerPoint down toward the bottom of the page under "File Type" and then type in your subject matter in the boxes at the top of the page. You will get a huge list of Ppt presentations that can be downloaded right from the Internet. You can also view the presentations before downloading them by choosing "View as HTML" in the results page next to each choice.
Have fun and make sure to get some sleep! Google can be very addicting ; )

    PowerPoints by Monica Yuskaitis

A long time ago I came across some very useful math PowerPoints by Monica Yuskaitis. I lost them when I upgraded to a new computer. Just last year, I came across this site where I re-discovered her PowerPoint shows again!

They aren't fancy or flashy, but the information in these slides has been very useful to teach and/or reinforce math information.
Some of them could use some tweaks, but all in all, I highly recommend them!

This page has more than just the Math topics, so you'll have to look through them to pick and choose those you think the teachers will find useful.

    Try Pete's PowerPoint Station - www.ppst.com

It's a mixed bag, but there are a ton in many many different subject areas
