Hope all goes well today!
Positive vibes sent . . .
Let us know how it went!
Best of luck!
My wife always makes fun of me for leaving super early to get places. I'm presently near the school and 45 minutes early! If I drove faster, I would have been an hour early!!! Wish me luck!!!
An interview is the last place you want to arrive at the last minute, feeling frenzied - so I think it's great you arrive early. Good luck and be yourself, and RELAX!
Sending positive vibes your way!
I think I did OK
This was perhaps my best interview so far. Only 3 total so not many data points to compare. I do worry about one question that I had no clue about. The principal said if I didn't know any answers I should say "I don't know" and that what I did. There are 2 positions open and they will make a decision tomorrow.
Wow, decision tomorrow? That must mean they only had a few candidates???? Sounds like your odds are really, really good---unless you have an obvious medical issue that's taking you out the first three months of school! Fingers crossed. I have a GOOD feeling about it!
During the interview, the P mentioned that I knew a math teacher there who is leaving her position for one closer to home. I figure the only way he would know that is that my friend told the P first about me? Also, the P at where I student-taught also worked at the place where I was today and mentioned his name. I just hope for the best!!! Now I have to send email thank you notes!!!
Sounds like you did well. I'm sure a good word from a friend couldn't hurt. When i was interviewing for my current position the P was taking me on a tour of the school and we ran into someone who knew me. I'm sure he asked for a heads up about me after I left  We will keep our fingers cross for you!
My only concerns are that I failed to answer a question. I just straight up said "I don't know" and also that the interview felt very short, that is, they went through their questions, I gave answers.... I asked 2 questions, they gave answers, thank you, goodbye.....
I guess I misread when you said it was your 3rd interivew. Did you mean 3rd interview at this school or just total interviews you've been on? Good luck all the same. You never know how the other candidates did! They could have said "I don't know" to 4 questions
Good luck!!!!! =)
What was the question?
Something about the global scholars initiative. No idea!!
It was first one there. Bombed first one, better on second, even better here in that I was more passionate and excited
Good luck!!!!! Lots of positive vibes coming your way!

Parabola with negative leading coefficient
Ever have that feeling where, before the interview, you are at neutral... then, after the interview, you feel pretty good..... then after thinking about it, the good feelings start to subside especially after remembering questions that could have been answered better? I think yesterday's highs have been replaced by today's lows..... Thus, the "parabola with negative leading coefficient" such as a football being kicked high and falls.
Decision time in 3 hours.... No calls.... Not getting a good feeling....
