Does anyone know where I can find a positional concepts worksheet to use as an assessment? I know I could just use an object and have the children demonstrate their understanding, but I always like to have a paper "hard" copy in the kids' files in order to cover myself if a parent were to question a "grade" on their child's progress report.

    Thanks so much! :)

Math Practice for Beginners by Teacher Created Resources has worksheets lessons for follwing directions. Several pages have positional concepts. The child is asked to listen and draw items over the house, next to the house, under the table, below, beside, above next to, at the top, at the middle, on the bottm.

    Lakeshore carries these books.
