:help::unsure: i have my portfolio mostly together i just need to do some revising, and I have my resume mostly done just have to add my bachelors degree to it. Can anybody tell me what and all I should have in my portfolio, what is impressive and what isn't. what should i definitely have in there and what should I stray away from? I currently have my philosophy of education in there some lesson plans I have written, all of my certificates that I have received for various things and a place for my letters of recommendation. Also what is the cover letter and what should it consist of? I have only heard of it on here so i don't know if my district will even look for one but the more organized and impressive i can be the better
Your lucky. I don't have a philosophy of education. My education program didnt require that of us. Now I have to do one.
