Just a straight answer, now.
Have you taken your Christmas tree down?
Mine will come down this weekend.
Mine's usually down by boxing day--I left it up a whole extra 3 days!
Mine will be down by Saturday or Sunday!
Sometimes I don't take it down until late feb. It was even up in March one year. Haha. It's such a drag, although I will try to get it down by the end of Feb.
Mine is down. I took it down yesterday. It's on the front porch waiting for the woods or the dump.
We usually don't take it down until January 8th, but I do not think it is going to make it that long.
Mom is starting to complain, so we're going to take it down sometime tomorrow (UGH).
My coworker's husband's job has a tree that when you press a button, it springs up, fully decorated. When Christmas is over, you press the button again and it goes back down into the box still decorated. I wish we had one of those
Is there a HUMONGOUS ziploc style bag I can buy??? I'd love to put the tree in one as is. then, next year; take it down, unzip and viola! All ready!
We don't take it down till the 6th of January, night of the Epiphany So no, not for another week
My aunt just takes down her star and throws a sheet over her artificial tree and sticks it in a corner in her spare room.
I have to go back to work on Jan 5 so we will probably take it down on the 1st. I hate to see it go.
Wait for night of Epiphany ----so not down and NOT LATE
I think a tree should stay up the entire month of Dec. at the very least. I usually take it down the 1st wk of Jan.
I'll probably take it down on Thursday or Friday.
I took mine down early this year because it had gotten too dry and I just couldn't take the fire risk any more.
Out the door, Christmas is gone... it's sad but it really gets on DH's nerves.
Nope not yet. I want to do this weekend but I may hold off till Little Christmas. Is what my mom always did and I want do it too if it survives that long!
The tree goes up the Saturday after Thanksgiving and comes down a few days after Christmas. I found if I waited until after New Year's Eve then I was back in school and then it was hopeless. Four weeks is enough!
Yep--everything Christmasy is gone and back in attic. I hate to do it really, but the longer I wait the less likely I will gt motivated to take it down and then it is up till Feb.
I'll do mine on Thrusday or Friday. I would not mind it being up longer, but really want to tackle the job of taking down the tree and all of the other holiday stuff before going back to school!
Ours is up... I could leave mine up for a long time. I love turning the lights on in the morning without lights glaring everywhere & sitting at nite with them on, so cozy!!! I HATE taking stuff down!!! At least on the gray cold days it feels nice inside!! Plus to see my Xmas lights outside with lights makes it a little more cheery!!!
Tomorrow. I have all the little stuff put away from around the house. Keeping snowman stuff out until the end of January.
Ours will come down on January 2.
After our New Year's Eve party
I'm in the process of taking my tree down. My Christmas decorations are down, except for the Nativity--that will stay until Epiphany.
I just took my tree down today. Usually I leave it up until the 1st, but we have so much playing we want to do the rest of this week so I took it down today.

Mine stays up until Ephiphany.
Ditto for me as well.
I just got it up Christmas Eve, but it will come down Saturday or Sunday. Next year, it's going up the first week of December.
It needs to be down before school starts on Monday.
Mine is down as of today and I totally organized all my decorations, gift wrap, etc.
I have to do that too, it just sounds like so much work!
I am headed to Target on Friday to buy some large plastic bins. I want to make sure I have everything organized for next year
Mrs. C. It's so great being off work and able to take my time. Everything is labeled and on the shelf. I have one zip bag labeled, "give aways" for re-gifting next year! Gift wrap is in one of those plastics made just for gift wrap. I bought after Christmas sale stuff like bows and put them in there. Ready to go next year! I love being organized! Just dig in. It's good feeling!
I need to reorganize our holiday stuff as well. That will have to wait until next year though.
