Any of Shel Silverstein's poems are great for this age group. If you are looking for more advanced, "The Road Not Taken," is in my opinion one of the best poems ever written.

What do you mean by interpret? Jabberwocky might work.

My kids also love E.A. Poe's "The Bells". The cadence is addictive, so you have to teach them how to read each stanza differently (keep the rhythm, change the speed and emphasis on words.)
