I was just curious what you think of these new pocket charts?

Would buy one at a discounted price (at least 25%+ off)? Just doing a little research...

They come with the full color cards shown.

(Sorry the scale is off - some that appear bigger than others actually aren't.)

The ones with the largest pockets are different from any I've had. The one for place value is similar to the one offered at ReallyGoodStuff. I had a money one but never used it - though younger grades might. (And mine didn't have a pig!) I like the calendar, 100s chart (I used daily), and schedule. If the schedule came with some blank clocks and extra cards, it would be great.

I had one of those counting caddy charts too along with ones for graphing, the schedule, classroom jobs, and literacy center management. I guess the price is a big part of it for those that are similar to other brands. One thing I noticed about these is that the cards that come with them are nice.

They are nice - but they are busy.

I like them a lot, it would come down to price compared to other similar charts. I like the pig one a lot, we add a penny every day and change it out for other coins when we can and that would be fabulous.

    Thanks for the input, Tasha.

The Piggy Bank one retails for $12.99 so 25% off would be $9.74. It's smaller than it looks in that pic... about 17" x 18"

    Amanda,
I love all of them. I've really only seen ones like the one with the calendar in it. One of my coops used a pocket chart as a schedule for station time and I used to love to change the schedule!

What is the writing on the back of the numbers on the hundreds chart?

The description says: "Double-sided cards feature the numbers 1 to 100 on one side and a math “question of the day” on the other!" I can see a few examples and it looks like the answer is the number on the other side of the card.
    - What is 31 + 31?
    - What is 7 tens and 3 ones?
    - Greg climbed 4 flights of stairs. Each flight has 19 steps. How many steps did he climb?

The calendar one retails for $19.99. I will have some limited stock of all these pocket charts available in the near future. They will be offered for at least 25% off... probably more. :thumb:

I like a lot of these charts. Some of them are busy, but I really like a lot of these, and I would consider buying them.

I bought plain pocket charts, but they take up too much room, so I don't use them.
