"A short film on the need for a return to Classical Fitness & Posture. This material will be used as part of the documentary film in production -- with a current working title of One Perfect Pull-up."

I found this interesting as we don't see a lot of these techniques in schools these days due to safety reasons. Kids would likely need to pursue gymnastics training or schools that cater to American Ninja Warrior training. It makes me want to install monkey bars in my back yard!

The great irony is that a lack of these basic classic skills is detrimental later in life. We avoid teaching for safety reasons, and the body physically suffers.

I spend the first few weeks of second grade making my students do the monkey bars...some have never even tried before. We practice a few times a week.

We should motivate students to try out online education. They will get the opportunity to experience flipped learning and be more interested in class.
