ME homeschool?? No, I'm working in a childcare/montessori centre. I don't have any kids just the 15 or so I work with and that will do for now!! :D Though my bedroom may suggest otherwise as I'm always buying stuff for the kids especially books and since I'm the only Montessori teacher in work nobody knows what supplies/materials I need so I get to do my own shopping or make lists/orders for the manager - pity I don't always get what I want :p

The phonics series that I have seen in Montessori programs is pink for short vowel, orange, and purple... The company is called modern curriculum press. The books set is called Phonics Practice Readers. Some of the titles are Max, Sam and Al, Fun with Gum, Hop on Hop off, Jet Bed... I do have these typed in to microsoft word docs and can email them to you if you want to have your phonics reading students create their OWN illustrations!!
    ISBN 0-8136-0650
The Bob Books are also really great to use.

    Hi,

I just found this post and would also LOVE a copy of the books. I used these years ago with my students and would now like to use them with my own daughter.

    Thanks,
    Kristen

    mommaruthie,

I was wondering if you would mind to e-mail me the books also. I have some students that are REALLY struggling and this might be another good source of practice for them.

    Thanks,

    Melissa
