    Jaime-
Did you check your paystub to make sure it says it was deposited into your account?

He doesn't need to know that it's Sara Lee. When I was in the marching band in high school, my mom used to go to Shop Rite (the local grocery store), buy their store made sugar cookies, take them out of the store container and pass them off as her own. Five years and no one ever knew...lol:lol:!

In this morning's news...a woman hadn't been paid, so she quit and called the TV news team. They, in return went to her boss and asked why she hadn't gotten paid, etc...
Guess what happened next? The office called her that afternoon to come and pick up her check!
You know, some people just don't want to be put in the limelight for the wrong reasons.

I'm getting there sandra! I sent letter to bd of ed, and called my lawyer. I am planning to file for unemployment if I don't get another job by Oct 1st.

I know as soon as I file, they will have to investigate the day care, and say..."why haven't you paid her?" and if they say, "we need her to get funding but we can't pay her yet", they will be in big trouble! I can't believe an agency can actually operate like that! Then all those state agencies will pounce on them at once and they will have some serious fines!

Well...I don't even have a contract yet! They told me it was human error. Now the other teachers will get paid the last week in September by direct deposit and I have to sit and wait for my check to arrive the first week of October in snail mail. I was told that if it doesn't arrive by the end of the first week to phone them -- like I don't have rent to pay, groceries to buy.... ARGGGG!

yeah? that was normal for me. I started august 20 something...and got paid once a month. yep, first check OCTOBER 1..

    what happened to September??

secretary said, you'll see it later..

that is why they said budget is like diet without the food..

I filed for unemployent insurance today! Know it is a headache, and a major invasion of my life..but hey..I gotta eat.

Honestly, did not think I would be looking down this road again...

    sigh..

at least things are computerized now. I drove to the office. and was told to come back tomorrow. I said I had a sub job, so they said, just do it online. ok, then I could have saved this gas, right!? at least I had the paper forms, in case I wanted to come back Friday. I sat there and filled them out, and it was good because it made it easy to do the online application.

so, we will see what happens

Well Master pre-K I wouldn't let it go on like that......give them a deadline for the rest of the pay, if they fail to meet it then sue.

It is time people like that have to pay for their bad business practices.....
