I was put on paid administrative leave with no reason explained. Head of human resources summoned me to the principal’s office at the end of the day stating she was ordered to come and give the letter that states paid administrative leave, but it did not say the reason. I asked her again and responded that someone at a higher level will contact me when needed. I work for a non-unionized charter school and was asked to retrieve my personal belongings, my work email has been suspended and was asked not to approach the school until given the OK. No student or parent teacher problems, no problems with members of staff and this is my third year with good reviews in all my observations. Last Monday there was a school break-in while it was a school holiday, they got into four portables being mine one of them. I had inadvertently left the school computer which they took along with other things. The other 3 rooms were gone through by the perps, but nothing was taken. Any thoughts from any you?
