Anyone here, besides me, use online course software? I love Moodle for grading quizzes, posting and collecting written assignments, and more. Moodle is OpenSource, but pay to plays such as Blackboard and Angel are others.

Using Moodle in conjunction with Hot Potatoes has been a one of the best improvements I've made in teaching.

    Studeous.com

Chat, wiki, discussion boards, assignment posting, assignment collection

It's in beta right now, so they are VERY willing to tailor it to the needs of their users. GREAT so far!

We use LMS (Learning Management Systems/Angel Learning), and I love it!

I'm checking out studeious for my class (thanks, Ku alum!) Seems great. My kids are out on fall break, so I have yet to see how they respond to it.

We are a completely online 7-12 public school and we use Moodle (and love it)! There are many modules and blocks that you can add to the basic installation to make it useful to a classroom teacher too.
