Sorry about the crying..... Which "youtubes" are bothering you? Are you watching the videos to gather information ...... or will you be using some of them in the presentation?.........:hugs:

And it's 5:00 AM here in Colorado .... why am I not sleeping?..

I'm crying because I'm sentimental. I'm watching the reunion videos.

I am doing some history research, women in the military, stuff about branches and uniforms, among other topics.

Here's an interesting video. Whether you agree or disagree, if you watch the full 18 minutes, you have to admit he has done his research and is highly motivated.

Keith Nolan is a remarkable, highly motivated young man....:thumb::thumb:

Despite his deafness I would think there is some specialized assignment/position for him in the U.S. Army........

I can see many sides to this issue but regardless, I think he has found a passion in life.

Listened to this as well... I think you are correct.

Cut... I just have to do a off topic thing. My mom wanted to join the Ladies Aux of the VFW. They will not let her join under our Great Uncle or her brother (her bro can't join) even though he was at the Panama Canal he wasn't "overseas." Isn't that just CRAZY?!?! People wanting to be a part of it and can't. It has to be a father or grandfather...Funny thing I can because my dad was in Vietnam.

There are a lot of elitist women groups and I never really understood that. Especially when it comes to doing charity work.

I know you would think with declining enrollment that they would want anyone who has family in the military....
