    Shh! Don't mention the questions.

I actually felt really good about the math CR. I wasn't sue if I go the formula in the RIGHT format on one of mine, but I knew how to approach both problems, etc.

I know in one of the science CRs, I got a part of the diagram wrong, but honestly, I think IO did well. I had enough knowldge to write stuff.

I look at this way: I was completely clueless on my SS CRs that I took in Jan. I knew I was way off and yet I still passed. (They gave me a k for both CRS and I wasny surprised) I think if you feel good with how you did, then that should be a good szign. Just don't think about it anymore (Easier said than done)

I ordered a pizza, had my movis from BB online which I hadnt wqatched as I was so focused, took tomorrow off from subbing and mostly unwound this weekend.

    Hi everyone!
I hope everyone who took the March CSET posts their test results here in a few weeks! I am still plugging away, trying to prepare for the May test date.
Today I had off so I organized all of my study materials on a bookshelf by subject, and feel that it will really helped me organize my studying.
I am currently going over the content specs from the CSET website and checking them against my notes, then looking up anything Im missing on answers.com. So, the studying is going well. I still need to practice constructed response questions and review math.
I have been concentrating on Science and History which are the subjects I score lowest on in practice tests. I score pretty high on English, Math and also Subtest III practice tests. I have 5 weeks of studying to go and am looking forward to finally taking the test after studying since January. How is everyone else doing??
PS. I have a question, I received a confirmation email months ago but have yet to receive admission instructions that state exactly where the test will be given. How far in advance of the test did anyone receive the admission tickets?

I'm getting anxious waiting for my results!

That's odd, I got my test site at the most a week after my confirmation e-mail...

Well, this is fairly far out from the test date, really - but if you haven't heard by April 19, it might not be amiss to inquire.

Good luck on your test Katrinkakat. I'm sure you will do fine.

Thanks. I found at the CSET website under Confirming your Registration that I should call them if I haven't received admission ticket by the week before the late registration deadline, which in this case is May 8th. So if I dont get by May 1st, I should call.

What worked for me (the 4th time around!), I think, was that this time I took an additional 50 minutes to check and re-check the multiple-choice answers I selected as well as checking and scanning over my short-response answers, adding more details to drawings/graphs. ANY details that you think may help show ANY knowledge of the area of question should be included. If you can't put it into words, illustrate it with details!
Also, for some fabulous science info, watch the "Planet Earth" (FABULOUS!) series on the Discovery channel, get a hold of 5th - 8th grade science (and Math books too!). Study them for a while and it's amazing what you will absorb. The Science and Math sections (Sec. II) cover mainly material covered in 5th thru 8th grade. I also used the CSET book by Cliff's Notes. I feel it was the closest to the actual exam in preparing you for how they ask and what to watch for.
If I can pass this (at age 53!) any of you youngsters will have no problem!
