What nighttime snacks do you eat to curb hunger, but of course are not heavy?

    I like:

    wasabi peas
dried fruit (I love dried persimmons)
    yogurt
    Japanese crackers
carrot sticks w/ a tad of ranch
    chips & salsa
    chips & hummus
watermelon cubes (haven't tried yet, but should)

I can't eat at night, hungry or not. If I do, I'm sick in the mornings from reflux. Ugh.

I find that having a cup of tea or a glass of almond/coconut milk is enough. I don't want to eat too much before bed, even if I think I'm hungry. I did have watermelon at night a few times this summer and I didn't have a problem.

I'm dieting, have lost 60 lbs, so I am careful how much I eat in the evening. I like those individual cups of fruit, yogurt bars, and 100 calorie packs of cookies and crackers for a special treat.

Also peanut butter. Just a little will fill you up. On crackers, or bread no jelly, etc) and with a small warm glass of milk. Yummy, yes, some calories, but it's filling and healthy.

I love 100 cal popcorn, it's my favorite but since I am going back to my low carb/high protein meals I have been making better choices....fruit or low carb snacks is been really doing it for me! I will still have popcorn sometimes, because I love it so much!!!!

These are things I have been enjoying lately.....

    sugar free jello w/cool whip
    sliced apple & peanut butter
    cinnamon apple sauce
    pepperoni slices w/string cheese
    baby carrots & hummus
pineapple chunks (one of my favs!!)
    frozen seedless grapes
