    Maybe I am just sleepy and not thinking right, but the title seems wrong to me (unless you teach 4 year olds).
    Shouldn't it be Patrol 4's Newsletter?

    Otherwise, very cute! I take it you have a pirate theme this year :)

    It's really cute! You do your own classroom newsletter every week? How do you have the time?! We do a team newsletter, so I only have to do it every six weeks.

    It looks very cute.
    I wish I had done a better job with newsletters when I was a classroom teacher. (Now my parents couldn't read them, so there's no point)

    I do one each week, and I found that it isn't too time-consuming once you have the format down. I just plug information in and it takes about 20 minutes. If I don't have a lot of news I just have a little thing I call "Short news for the week" that contains a little clipart picture of a pair of shorts. It's just a half-sheet with bulletted points of things that I want to remind parents about.
