I told a friend I would help her find a cute newsletter name... must begin with the letter E.

(you know, like "Thomas' Telegram" or "Nigel's Newsletter")

Not sure if these would work...
Editorials, excerpts, elocutions (a stretch), elements, edicts
if I think of more I'll add them later.

Is this for her classroom, webpage, a specific student, or something else?

Might help if we knew exactly what purpose the newsletter will serve and who the intended audience will be. Once we know that, we might be able to come up with a variation of a word that fits the newsletter. For example, I belonged to a sci fi/fantasy club in college and out newsletter was called the "Bullsheet". I've always loved that name. So the best choice might not be a "real word" at all.

In the meantime, I'll add "expressions" to the list.

Can you tell us the teacher's name (since I assume that is why it needs to start with an "E")?

If not, how about the subject and/or grade level she teaches?
