I am very nervous , I have accepted a job in my hometown at a middle school. I leave my gf behind 150 miles way and I am about to start my career in hopes of moving back in a year to be with my gf and compete in san antonio for a teaching job which is pretty tough. Any suggestions on how to impress, bring success to the kids and anything else?

Work diligently to establish co-planning time with your regular ed teachers. Being on top of what's going to be taught each day is a huge help!
