Our district ran pilot for the new I guess you call it Investigations 2 series last year, and this coming school year they have adopted it. I just took the whole "let me explain and throw this series at you for 3 hours, then you are on your own" workshop. My brain feels like it is going to explode. Anyway, I didn't pilot it, I am excited, I believe it is better than our previous series, but do have some mixed feelings about it. Question: How do you grade your kids??? I know there are student exemplars in the back that help you see "mastered, not mastered, almost there- or something similar". I know it is performance based (or inquiry based) I am looking for a grading rubric because I have to give grades (A,B percentile, or point system). Need :help: or suggestions.
