I'm working on season 4 of oitnb! These are some shows I've binged on Netflix: Dexter How to Get Away With Murder The Following The Returned Parks & Recreation (ongoing, haha) My sister just recommended I watch Shameless, so that's next on my list!
LOST, for sure... I could name a bunch of others -- but what are your likes/dislikes, whether specific shows or genres? That might help give more specific shows for your taste.
I am watching Nurse Jackie! It's good! My husband and I also binged Son's of Anarchy and I thought I was going to hate it but it was pretty good!
Humor, drama, good feeling, non violenthe But anything popular would be grand. Ha Friends, Modern Family, Desperate Housewives were favorites in my TV watching years. Being a mom made TV watching hit and miss for years.
Can't remember off-hand if it's on Netflix or not but Friday Night Lights is *terrific.* The one show I absolutely recommend to everyone, no questions asked. I really enjoyed Parenthood - good quality but lighter in tone than most of the prestige shows. I binged The West Wing a few years ago and enjoyed that a lot.
Psych - tons of comedy, light drama Gilmore Girls - mix of drama and humor How I Met Your Mother - tons of comedy I'm sure I'll think of more later...
I love bbc and crime dramas so... Luthor - a modern day crime drama series starring Idris Elba. Foyle's War - period series takes place during WW2
Did you loooove this season of oitnb? It was my fave yet. I've statted Daredevil. And I think the upcoming one called Stranger Things looks good. Very Stephen King-ish.
I DID! I loved the first though but mainly because it was building the characters and setting thus grabbing my attention and awe.
Person of Interest has the first four seasons on Netflix - it aired its series finale last month and the final season will hopefully be on Netflix sooner rather than later
TURN - Washington's Spies. I saw the first few seasons on Netflix and got the AMC Apple TV app just to watch the third season. So sad the season has ended. It is SOOO good. I also like cartoons so Bob's Burgers and Archer are HILARIOUS. Portlandia is great mindless comedy.
I like the BBC crime dramas. I also liked Salem, which is not something I'd normally like. House of Cards has a US and British version. It's okay, too.
TURN Game of Thrones (Both the f above have recently ended seasons) Ray Donovan-just started new season
Adding lots to my list, thanks! Sometimes it's only Netflix that will stop me from thinking school or solving other world problems. HA
Ive been trying to get into better call saul but i think its just too slow/uneventful for me! i guess i was expecting something along the lines of breaking bad which i really shouldnt have since its a totally different plotline and style
The first thing I do when I go on Netflix is to see if there are any new "Netflix Original Series" out. Some of them are really good.
Those are in two totally different leagues as far as quality is concerned. After season 3, Weeds takes a precipitous drop in quality.
-Grey's Anatomy will keep you busy for quite a while! -The Office (currently watching the series for the 4th time) -Lie to Me is really good, but only has 3 seasons which is super disappointing. It's just a really interesting concept. It's a crime show but completely different than most you see. -F is for Family (depending on your sense of humor...it's like a dirtier version of King of the Hill in my opinion. Definitely NSFW)
The Fosters I rarely watch TV (although I have cable and Netflix--go figure)! Anyway, I discovered this show last week and I've been binge watching it. Trying to wach as many episodes as possible before heading back to work.
Kat liked Lie to me but kept changing days & lost track of it. We watched Agent x on Hulu. Very good but got cancelled after 1 season... so sad. Mysteries of Laura was good &that one is cancelled as well.
I watched The Fall with Gillian Anderson. It was creepy. I also watched River. Another detective series. Both had an odd spin.
