I was surprised when my fellow co-teacher had a garbage can full of VERY USABLE crayons and 3/4 pencils. I said "Oh my GOSH! Someone threw all of these crayons out! " No, she said...I did. And you should too. We have plenty. We start the year out with new ones. I CAN'T do this. There are too many kids out there in need of supplies. So... Does anyone need my classes VERY usable supplies? (crayons, pencils that are barely used...after all it's a kindergarten...not too much use, though the erasers might be used on some.) I am thinking some Title One school - or some teacher who is really desperate for the money to replace her supplies might be helped here with these. I'll fork for shipping...just help me NOT to have to pour these in the trash (wish i would have saved hers as well).
