I am working on my room for next year. I got a smart board last year and it's mounted to my white board at the front of the room. I moved my ABC's that came with the phonics program because you couldn't see some of the letters because of the way my smart board is mounted. Now I have that long strip of blank area at the top of the length of my whiteboard. Does anyone have any suggestions? :help: I really don't want to leave it blank. :thanks::thanks::thanks:

I have the planets (+ Pluto) above my white board. How wide/deep is the area? Could you hang a number line?

Can you use it as a word wall? How about a space for "retired words" with alternative choices?

I use that space for our school motto in large letters. :)

I put all the kids' names up in that space. I use 1 inch sparkly letters. It personalizes the space and makes it ours instead of mine!
