I am trying to put together a tri-fold presentation board to showcase what my preschool has to offer for this weekends local "community days." I know to include some pictures ( and am currently calling moms for permission) but don't know how else to fill the space. Also I don't have pictures of things I wish I did, so I am frustrated. Has anyone ever put together something like this??? I am looking for any advice about what to include or even a picture of yours if you have one.
Oh, and I need to have it done by tomorrow:eek:hmy: Thanks!!

Pictures, I would include your mission, examples of some fun and learning activities that are done, maybe talk about ratios, quotes would be good. You could also take some quick pics of your facility and stick them in there. Quotes from parents or quotes from the kids? I don't know if you have any but maybe some pictures or work that the kids have done?

I have done these-and they have brought in students.

I view them as a science fair board and build them like that.

so where hypothesis goes in the upper left i put-mission

then where materials go-right below that - i would put the ratios and qualifications for the teachers and so on.

then on the far side (3rd side - the rt sm side top) - rates if they don't vary-or slots open

then below that letters of appreciation

in the middle-pixs of working less smiling and lots of shots of facility

then in center on table-class books, writing samples and sculptures

i always have playdo to play with, the kids come i talk to moms.

    worked great

I have done a tri-board with computer printed captions. I just printed & cut around the words & stapled them on. The title was "Learning through Play" and I put various pictures all around. I printed out smaller caption beneath phots or groups of photos. ex. snack time, recess, puzzles, play doh, etc. Look in clip art for phots of children doing some of the activities.

    Good luck.
