I need book recommendations for some of my lower readers in the fifth grade. They are probably mid-third grade level. I have them reading Freckle Juice now, but it will only last them 2 weeks. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Roald Dahl has several books in the 3rd/4th range. I know one of our third grade teachers uses Poppy by Avi and How to Eat Fried Worms, and my lower readers in the past have really liked Bunnicula (and other James & Deborah Howe books)

I think the best resource for finding books by interest level/reading level is bookwizard.scholastic.com. I use the quick search by putting in topic and then searching from there by lexile, which my district uses, for appropriate books. I am starting to save my lists to use in the future. Saves a lot of time and has introduced me to books I hadn't heard of.
