Friends, I need some help. I'm Lead Teacher and advise / guide educators in three locations in my state. Right now, I have a Special Ed teacher who is having a manic swing in her bipolar disorder (which had been revealed to me previously) that is interfering with her work as well as the well-being of her students. This includes the teacher taking calls during the school day and insisting she needed to leave campus during her prep period to buy cigarettes and talk with her bookie. Oh, yeah, she's pretty open about her gambling habit. So, how do I help this teacher and help our shared students?
