Some of you may remember that my P kinda rubbed me the wrong way when she "called me out" for being a couple of minutes late for my contracted work time (this happened the first week of school). Anyway, over the past few months, she has quickly become my biggest fan. She and my assistant principal have both had several trainings/meetings/workshops this year and they have asked me to be the interm administrator when they're gone. The experience of being principal during their absence is invaluable! On another note--I really like the fact that they've liked what they've seen when they've done informal walkthroughs. It seems like they always arrive at the perfect time (when I'm "in the zone" teaching the meat of the lesson).
