Those of you that have gerbils - - do you take them home with you each night or over long weekends/breaks? Our school heating systems are shut down over breaks and we don't have air. But I would love to get a pet. My husband doesn't want me to bring one home though!
I just recently won this battle (last night actually). He was pretty adamant about me not having gerbils because he 'didn't want anymore pets in our house'. Even though they were only going to be in our house for three days before schools starts. I plan on leaving them there over the weekend but longer breaks I am debating on having students take them home. I would rather bring them home myself but I have a crazy dog and hubby I am really excited to go get them Monday!
What a wonderful room and your mother is extremely talented. Where did you get the calendar with the animals on it?
