Anyone watch this one yet? I like these kinds of drama/suspense movies and I liked this one. It's similar in storyline to certain other movies, but I still liked it. From the commercial for it, we can all pretty much tell that Jennifer Lopez plays a HS teacher. Kristin Chenoweth is in this too, but no other actors I know of. However, the actor they got to play the main student character looks too old to play a 20 y.o.

Yes he does older than a HS student.

I have not seen the movie, but I die laughing every time I see the commercial and at the end, the guy that plays the student/lover is like, "I love your mother's cookies!":lol:

I don't even know why this is so funny to me, maybe I'm just super immature.

No, but it want to see it. I also want to see 50 Shades (I know) and American Sniper. But, alas, I'll probably have to wait until they are released on DVD or PPV. I need to find some friends or a babysitter so that DH and I can go. We haven't been to the movies since DS was born, almost 5 years ago!

No interest in The Boy Next Door, not my type of movie. I prefer movies that attempt to share a unique plot that hasn't been done before. But, I do think Jennifer Lopez is one of the prettiest women in the world!

I want to see it, simply because I like Jennifer Lopez as an actress (not as a singer though lol). I also like teacher movies. The plot is nothing unusual, and I don't have to fear that this will ever happen to me hahaha, but it looks like a good movie to see, for me at least.

Meh, I have no interest in seeing this one. The commercial has been played so much on tv I feel like I've already seen the movie.

All I know about this movie is that there is a clip circulating the internet showing the boy giving a gift to JLo's character: a copy of the Iliad. She takes it from him and asks him if it's a first edition. A FIRST EDITION OF THE ILIAD.
