I am a montessori trained teacher with a BA, and several years of experience. I am however at a new school and it is that time of year for contract negotiations. I want to know how much I can expect to recieve. I have been asked to coordinate the school curriculum for the elementary grades, how much should I add to my salary request. Please write soon, I don't have a lot of time before contracts come out. Thanks!

The 2005 NAMTA Montessori School Salary Survey
interpretation and analysis by David Kahn, John McNamara, and
    Kristin Sasaki

This special issue of The NAMTA Journal (vol. 30, no. 3, Summer,
2005) presents the results of a survey sent in the spring of 2005
to all North American schools in the NAMTA database. Salaries of
teachers and administrators are analyzed by age level taught and
by years of experience. Data on school size, tuition, benefits,
    etc., are included.

Thank you for your help. Where could I find that issue of NAMTA, would the library have it or online? Thanks again.

You can find some of the NAMTA (montessori-namta.org) journals on the ERIC database http://www.eric.ed.gov/.
    Where is your school located?
What does it mean to coordinate the curriculum?
