Has anyone had experience working with a mission one employee or as a mission one employee? I want to be hired through a district not an outside source but might consider applying to this company.

I worked for Source4Teachers which is, I believe, the same company. The staff was very communicative. I've received several calls about job opportunities through their company. I only worked for them a few times - there was really only one school near me that they contracted with and it was not a good fit for me. But the school treated me like a regular substitute and I got paid just like I did at other schools.

I won't lie, I was definitely nervous at first. I wasn't sure my name would get recognized and lead to a full time position. But these schools use MissionOne to fill a specific need that the school can't do themselves. It's just another avenue you can take to get in the schools.
