I just got the go ahead to buy new books for my classroom, but I've been on maternity leave this spring and, admittedly, mentally out of the game if you will several months prior. Help me find some books to add to my classroom library! What are you students loving? I am specifically hoping to add mysteries and historical fiction, but also need to add a few realistic fiction titles to supplement a unit we do on disabilities. :help:

Here is a list of books I'm planning to add to my classroom library. You may see some titles that would be of interest to your students, as well.

If you get a chance go to a scholastic warehouse event, if there is any close to you… do so.

My school gave me $500 to build my classroom library and I got a ton of middle school books that the students will love. There are usually half price or under.
