I am in a weird but possibly good position. I am seeking an Elementary teaching job for the 2009-2010 school year but my search area is in Middle and East Tennessee. I have been applying to the different counties, but should I be e-mailing and sending in resumes since I have been applying to so many places. How should I be going about doing this. I want a teaching job so bad and want to optimize my opportunity to receive one. It is the beginning of July and I have not had any interviews yet. I am getting scared. Can anyone give me advice? Does anyone know the best places to apply in Middle and East Tennessee? Thank you everyone in advance.

Knox County Schools may have some openings for preschool teachers. They are a big district and going through some budget cuts but it is worth a shot.
