For Hispanic Heritage month each grade level is making a display for the halls. 1st grade is going to be doing Mexico and I specifically am going to be doing Mexican food.

Does anyone have any good ideas for a display with Mexican food? I was thinking about doing something with corn since it is used to make many different types of food.

Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks! :)

The kids could roll up construction paper and glue to a paper plate to make enchiladas, burritos, tamales, etc. Be sure to make it very colorful and include lots of chiles!
