    Hello!

I will be taking the basic teaching test very soon and am wondering what level of math is on there. I took intermediate algebra in college and am wondering if that is sufficient.

    Thank you!

If this is indeed a basic skills test, parallel to Praxis I/PPST or CBEST or similar tests, then college algebra should be more than adequate. New York's tests are operated by NES, which is fairly good about posting test guides on its state Web sites (and I'm not now remembering New York's) that can tell you what you need to know.
