It looks to me from the practice questions and structure and content descriptions here (http://www.ctcexams.nesinc.com/TestView.aspx?f=HTML_FRAG/CA_CSET163_PrepMaterials.html), that these two are generic, and not specific to Mandarin. I did a quick google and could not find much. But have you looked for CSET "World Languages" rather than Mandarin specifically?
