Making a class magazine

    Here is the title of an excellent resource to set up a magazine publishing program in your classroom. I am going to do this with fifth grade. It would work with fourth and higher. It includes all the reproducibles you'll need, mini grammar lessons, and detailed lesson plans.

    Thanks Melba! You have a great year too. We had Back-to- School Night on Thursday. I had put up a sentence strip chart with the magazine job positions, and blank strips underneath for the names of those who get each job. I was rather proud of the whole room, actually!! Kids come back Monday. I'm doing mostly fun stuff for at least three days. They start learning touch-typing on Monday. Take care.
