Looking for an article/blog that was posted here

    A while ago, maybe 1-2 years ago, someone posted a link to an article/blog. It was about how as teachers we always look towards the next milestone, as in once the new semester starts/once we finish this unit/after Halloween things will get easier. I believe the premise was that we tell ourselves this as a coping mechanism. I think it was written by a male current or former teacher.

    I am pretty sure it was posted on this site, and I've searched for it but must not be getting the key words right.

    Does this sound familiar? It was a great article and I'd like to reread it.
