I would like to use one of those sheets for following directions that have all types of crazy directions like:
*draw a smiley face in the top left corner
    *circle question #7

But when they get to question #20 it says:
Ignore questions 1-19 and put your first and last name at the top right corner and turn in your paper.

The directions say something along the lines of: Be sure to read through all questions before answering any questions.

If you have one of these types of direction papers will you email me?
    Thank you!!

I like to put a little "extra" in my directions on regular, every day assignments where I think that they might just be jumping in without reading the instructions. For example, buried in the instructions on the vocabulary tests (the directions are the same for every test), there might be a line that says, "For extra credit, put a star by question #4." Pretty soon they start to read the instructions because they're looking for the goodie, even though it may not be there.
