16.5. Granted, 5 of those days are partially taken up by state testing, and there are about 100 other events happening...so here's hoping the kids can finish up a narrative piece and we can get through a SS unit in that time!
Not counting Memorial Day weekend.... 15 full days, 2 half days AND 1 staff meeting that usually runs 90 minutes for our summer school program THEN I am a free woman until summer school begins July 5th
Still 21.5 here plus one teacher work day. But I have 6 fewer because of Space Academy. So we're getting there!
25.5 with students, 28 for teachers. There are a couple of full-day field trips in there, but we still have a long way to go!
5 student days left, 6 for teachers, not counting today or the holiday weekend. Almost made it through my first year!
It's the last day of school in 8 of the districts I'm serving my sentence as a sub...been a wild ride.
19 days for my students and 12 days for me... I'm cutting out 7 days early because I'm changing jobs and relocating.
13 including tomorrow. Thinking about how to wrap up some units. I'm thinking next week is last spelling. Assigigning two more groups for current events to get their final go 'round in. Year end math test but going to cover 1 more chapter in math that o won't text. So much paperwork.
Even though we have 11.5 days left, there are only 7 days until the report card deadline...so I'm trying to scramble to make sure they can wrap up our writing unit before then so that I can get a grade in there! After that, we'll probably do a mix of group projects, end-of-the-year activities, and perhaps giving them some leadership opportunities to help set up next year's students well.
Tomorrow is our last day: dismissal at noon! I am contracted through Friday the 17th, but I'm okay with that because I'll be able to work with zero interruptions (no kids or teachers on campus).
Our last day is the 10th. On that day we have no instruction. The whole last week will be minimum day. The way I count is that I don't count today since we're already here, so that it's only 6 days. And if I don't count the last day, then it's only 5
6 more days. I stayed home sick today with the flu. >_< I really didn't want to, but it does cut one more day out of the countdown.
Its 8 more days for me...2 are early dismissal days, we get out at 12:45!! The day after school lets out I go in for a summer school meeting, from 10-11:30 we get paid so I am ok with it
5 more days with students. I have very mixed emotions. Of course I'm excited for summer, but I have a great group and am really going to miss them.

2 more days Actually it's just one. Tomorrow is a minimum day and last day of instruction. Of course no body is really instructing anyone anymore, I was basically done today. Other teachers already started to have them play board games and watch movies (yes, it's sad). Grades close tomorrow. Friday is also a minimum day, we just basically give them their grade and at 11 am we will have a family barbeque and fun events organized for the kids.
